Hey kids!

Ok we have recently received a large number of emails and comments regarding being banned.   I would like to first of all say that every user of our chat rooms MUST read the rules outlined on the main page of this website.

If you have not done so already, please do so immediately.

Now, I will try to answer the most frequently asked questions that we have received

1.  Why was I banned?

Most likely you were banned for breaking any of the rules outlined on the main page.   Over age users are dealt with severely.    Even if you are joking around about your age, that can get you banned.

2. How long do bans last for?

Typically they last for a week or two.  It really depends on the severity.  For example, if you are banned forever, it probably means you are overaged or committed some severe act.  If that is the case, there is also a change that your information will be passed onto authorities for review.

3.  I was wrongfully banned.  Can you let me back in?

Well, our mods try to be fair as much as possible.   They do typically give you a chance to make things right.  Repeat violators are usually those that are banned.   If you still disagree with why you we’re banned and feel a moderator was not acting in good faith, you are welcome to send us a message using the contact us link.

    18. I literally did nothing, my username is peachy vibes and I got banned for somebody called arabellaxx, so whoever is arabellaxx is not getting their punishment and I’m serving it for them! So unfair, but I’ll just have to wait two weeks unless I’ve been banned forever 🙄🙄

    2. Same here. I was banned for absolutely no reason at all. I’ve followed the rules 100%, I’ve never broken a rule either. Also I’m on of the non staff that help the staff, I catch pedos and search for people that are breaking the rules. May you please unban me or at least tell me why I was banned? Anonymous said he was reporting me and later said it was a joke. I was still banned. Keep me banned for all you want. It might have actually been my fault.

  126. I wwas banned wrongly. I was talking in a private chat and something I said was marked as spam an then BAM a automatic ban?!?! All I said in private chat that I was from another kids chat site similar to this one. This was my 1st issue ever being on this site. I never caused a issue an I believe just stating that I was from another website shouldn’t be a issue. May I be unbanned? If I were trouble I wouldn’t be on a website. I believe the ban was wrongfully assigned even though a mod didn’t do it.

Second I apologize my name was semi offensive as in using it from a movie with humor aka “Austin powers” but did it really call for me being banned? I wish to be reinstated and make an actual account for the few months I can be on here until i turn 20 because my friend invited me here that i met on omegle. Got banned for spamming yet was only on for 4 minutes and 37 seconds exactly and said hi to 2 people and someone else said hi james wyd I said nothing she said you home I said no I’m at the skip then she said why was replying that I was there to get a better ramp for the skate park which is just opposite the skip and replied but said my rely had been marked as spam I was on as guest as James uk and now can’t log in on any device as all connected to email so I’m not happy as don’t think I did anything wrong it’s not fair when I never said anything bad or spam yet I got banned for spamming please unban me
