Ban Because of a Trap made by a Guest user.

A guest username "Solani" Spammed the word "Onyx" And due to this this word got added into the Ban Word List. She Privately Messaged the users and ask them to say the word "onyx",which make them resulting banned from the site.
The reason of this trap is because the users whom she banned are her enemy.
So my Request is to please unban the users given below:
Sweet_Kristie, Lona, SELENOPHILE and many more. Unban them!!
