I did nothing just I wrote the word (Chat Chat) in pms one time

I was talking to one of my friend and they banned me and it was showing the reason was of spamming
Please look into this matter I did not did any kind of spamming but still they banned me

I am sorry So much sir I did not do any kind of spamming just I wrote the word (Chat Chat) one time in the pms and they banned me and the reason was showing me of spamming

I have not done it intentionally I didn't knew that please review my account and the message that I sent in the pms
I don't do spamming at all I just wrote that word one time in pms
I was not knowing by writing that one word (chat chat) system will ban me
