Better Report System??

Personally I feel the report system is a bit too nonspecific. Sometimes a situation doesn't entirely fit into one category, etc. I think it would be good if we could have a "What happened" box to give clarification when necessary?

Mods have their pms open 24/7 for a reason. If there’s a complex report, it's obviously for its better to have a 1 on 1 conversation with a mod. They might tell you to flag either way to get proof, but they can handle it immediately then

Giving users opportunity to choose their own reasons would definitely increase the amount of false reports, as well as troll reports. Mods don't need that, it'd just waste even more time
 
Ik the report system can be confusing for users, but you all need to know something. What you report for "Abusive language", "Inappropriate content", or "Fraud attempt" doesn't matter. Us mods will always look at what the report says, not what the comment/pm/profile's reason for reporting is. So, feel free to choose any of those 3 options as it won't matter to any mod on any chat! :')
 
Yeah, those choices when making a report are meaningless to staff, we look at all things no matter what tag is given them.
