Most poems I write are how I feel mentally. Yet sometimes they are about other things. Lol.
Here's one I just made:
"This green plant, so alive and grown
Though not enough sunlight has shown
The green plant will soon fade away
It will die tomorrow, maybe today.
Grey clouds show up above
To bring rain down like a dove
The plant has already had enough water
The green plant wilts as it rains even harder
All the plant wanted was some sun
But the plant has had enough, it is done
The sun came too late, as the rain poured down
But before the rain even poured, the plant had drowned."
