Im not sure if its horror but there's this series called "The burning memories of hololiveEN" by Emico Otero, its interesting to say the least, and a bit depressing ngl

This vid explains it But basically it's fake tv broadcasts/VHS tapes that seem to explain a storyline often through scary videos/broadcasts or photographs id recommend it
