I was banned for no reason

Didn't give me reason, I got banned when I was on as guest roughly 2 hours ago, I made a account just to make a complaint as I was only online for a few minutes someone spoke to me saying hi I said hi back and how was ur week they sad gd urs I said ye I was at pizza hut all u can eat buffet with family and went bowling and cinema with family then before I could get msg back or write I'm banned but why I haven't done anything wrong or said anything I'm not sure why it did say kicked and I went to go on after the 5 hours and it said I'm banned like this is what happened as shown below but not sure why

Please un ban me as I didn't actually say anything bad or write anything bad I only said what I had done with my family on my half term break so I'm not happy at all I was under guest as tom15 and after being banned I made a account to make a complaint using the same name I hope I am put back on as I have done nothing wrong
