You are not banned, in fact your last seen status is “ Last seen 2021-12-28 14:07” Which is approximately today at 2:07pm EST / 8:07pm EU (since it would show as 20:07 for you) which is 3 hours ago, and you reported this Sunday, therefore, you are not actually banned and this has indeed been resolved today or maybe even yesterday. The ban was probably a temporary random ip ban issue because you used data instead of wifi possibly, and now that you are on wifi, you are back from the random ban. This thread can be closed.
