Kicked out for 6 hours then came back and said i was banned

Your kick was the correct kick time and your kick/ban is for advertising a rival chat site so it is legit.
 
The 6-hour kick is the max kick that gets followed by a ban, so there is nothing you can do. You are now banned.
 
When a user says "Zack722 14/02 12:44 does anybody go on c h a t . The chat name . c o m" that is pretty much advertising another chat, so maybe go there if that was important enough to get banned for. You don't get a new account unless and until the site administrator clears the banned IP list.

When is that you and the system lied to me it said I could chat again in 6 hours
