I have a suggestion for all the mods and Admin of this site my suggestion is that you should not kick the user directly you should give warning to him/her for the first time and if he/she don't obey you than you can ban or kick him/her

The problem is that a warning doesnt show up on your history so it can end up being that you get 5 warnings from different mods before even getting punished
