"Max Registration" After Ban Time

[Im Alive]

Previous username in chat was ImAlive, I was banned for advertising another chatroom on a discord server and then talked of becoming admin there while a moderator on Teen Chat Ave. Username there is AFTERLIFE. I decided that instead of fighting the ban, id let it run its course. I waited the month and my acc deleted. I came back tried making a new one and I get this:

I tried multiple different ways, such as registering a new account, making a guest one and tried all of my other accounts in hopes that one had somehow not yet deleted. Unfortunately, I found nothing. If this could be explained, I'd be greatly appreciative.
