Missing PFP and Background

I wasn't sure where to put this so I figured this is the best place. Today I went to check kids chat after a not having used it since the previous day and found both my profile picture and background was missing. I'm unsure of whether or not you guys removed it or if it was a glitch?

Images are deleted from the server like maybe twice a year to open up space on the server and make things less laggy. Everyone was affected.
