Well first I believe you have to be a minimum of 15yrs and your account says you're 14 so yeah, but I think its best a mod confirms that

Mods must be 15-19 years old, be on chat for 3 months+, register here on these forums, and have a non-sus kick history where Ark can easily make a decision on whether or not that the user should be mod.
