Ive been wondering, whats going to happen to fix the fart spam issue?

It’s been like this for a while, and I was just curious as to what you plan on doing; especially since it’s extremely out of control.
 
I know this is really annoying. This has caused stress for the mods/admins but also me mostly because I'm sometimes the only mod online to handle the spam. I doubt they are done with their spamming because I'm sure they'll come again. It's like nothing would help to stop them. They have already moved to the sister site to spam, so... let's hope they'll just stop eventually. :/
