Please help me got banned for no reason

I was talking to a freind (PM) when suddenly when i go to type it says this user has been banned for spamming. (Now i was in incagnito beause my freind likes going in my phone to mess with me)I was not spamming anyone. Now i am a fast typer and this could be because i was talking to many people too fast, but i couldnt say. I Really wanna know if I can restore my account. I made lots of friends, and it feels like a home to me.
