Poll for determining which new mod done their job better

Ophelia gave me this great idea of making a poll for determining which new mod done their best job.

If everyone agree i will host it on the 25th
 
Hmm yeah why not but we need the aproval of all the other mod.

I think those with low score should be questioned or maybe even demoted (if they are inactive)
 
Plus that was the whole point of the original poll, but did you really think they were gonna vote based off their work?, they barely look to see which mod is on, most of them only care if there is one on, thats why the og poll became a popularity contest, they weren't voting off of work they were voting based of which one they liked
