Yeah I'm not even exaggerating here. I don't know who kicked me, but I reckon this was probably a mistake or a misread?? None of what I said warrants a kick lmao, and I'm literally clueless to anything that could maybe even remotely been against the rules.

With all due respect, the rules have been less strict about that for some time now. We've been allowed to refer to or mention them, etc. So long as we aren't sharing usernames or pages on them. This is from longtime personal experience, and it's also mentioned in the rules thread here. I understand, however, as from what I remember you were used to stricter rules regarding socials back when you were main admin on KC. If this is not the case as of recent then that's on me, but the only way that would make sense is if the rules changed within a couple hours or so, as I distinctly remember anything that wasn't sharing them was totally fine in main chat.
 
Ok i will undo the kick and just not kick anyone for social media anymore, this is now becoming just totally stupid
 
nick You show me in these written rules where it says it is ok to mention socials. I am not a mind reader either the rules apply or am I wasting my time even bothering with them? I mean we kick people all day long who says as little as something reguarding sc but you should be allowed to use the entire word discord? What is wrong with this picture?

Do not ask for or agree to meet up with anyone on the site. You never know what their real identity is

Video chats, calls and "cam" is not allowed to be requested or offered. *******, Skypė and zoom are included

Account sharing is not allowed.

Sounds to me that you are trying to overrule Arkhams kick because he got rehired not knowing if the rules changed. Seems like a trick to me ._. now I am going to back away. And rules don't just drop like that :/ if you know what I mean.
 
I honestly never knew mentioning socials was worth a kick, I thought just sharing them was kick/mute able. I’ve talked about using/having socials in main and never have I once been kicked for it (mind you, while the mods were online). Just something I thought I’d say…
