Guests weren't allowed to type in chat the last few days, they are allowed to again.

They spam main chat, and harass people all the time, and you can't ignore them because they notice right away and just make another guest account. I don't think most people care about guests in pms

I ignore chat most of time so I don’t really get bothered by them
