Banned and it won't tell me why

I logged in and I was banned. All it says is You are banned You cannot enter.
I have never even been kicked before so I don't know what to do. Please help

Your account isn't banned, it's probably just a ban from Data.
If you were using Data, then switch to WiFi and try again.
It should let you in.

I tried to log in again also it won't let me be guest on both laptop and tablet
