"Lying" can also be used as either a verb or an adjective.
Examples....Kevin was lying again, as he so often does (verb)
Kevin is a lying person so much of the time ( adjective)
I hope that clarifies your concerns.

No.. 😔 bullying is a verb either way. Oh well, it really doesn't matter at this point. If kevin sees fit, the forum thread can be closed as this isn't going anywhere

Totally incorrect my wonderful mod of Oz.
Many words ending in "ing" can be and are used as adjectives.
Examples.....
A weakening hurricane
A deafening noise
A circling shark
and thousands more.
But you did get one thing correct...."Kevin is a bully". Now that is totally accurate.

I did actually. But when someone as immature as that goes out of her way to insult me on matters she knows nothing about....well so be it.
This is an unusual place. Admin members may freely bully but others must remain totally respectful. Based on the Chinese Government perhaps.
