Banned for reaching max amount of kicks (i think??)

Hey,
I got kicked on Sunday, I wont say that the kick wasn't deserved because it was, and I know that I broke the ruoes at that time. Lately, I haven't been getting kicks or mutes like i used to a while ago, since yesterday.
I logged in today to see that i'm banned. For "Reaching ban limit" which im guessing means I got too many bans and kicks? Please correct me if I'm wrong, or tell me what this means. I doubt ill be able to get unbanned, since it doesn't look like something ill get unbanned for, so can i please know if or when my i.p will get unbanned so i can make a new account again, if it does get unbanned? Or will i not be able to visit the site again...

(P.S: I already made a post about this but i think i deleted it on accident or something. Im not familiar with forums. so if you see two of these posts, you know why)

Hopefully this gets sorted, it may take a while to reply if you need one; Sorry.

When you get banned with the reason "Reached Ban Level" means you have reached the max kick for the rule you have broken. You had plenty of chances to improve your behavior, but you failure to do so. After getting banned, accounts get deleted within 2 weeks, which until then you can be unbanned and you would have to request for an IP unban to be allowed back. If you do come back, please don't try to break more rules because I hope this has taught you a lesson to follow rules.

Okay, i understand. I'll wait until my account gets deleted, and request a I.P unban when it has been.
