It's probably you using data vs using wifi, which is the most common cause of this issue. Or, one of these things that Kevin has said is a problem if you are randomly banned like that:

Some of the reasons why your IP might be blocked:

• You’re using a VPN - the sites are blocking these. Often used in attempts to bypass bans and other suspicious activities (Probably not this)

• Your country or state is blocked and/or it’s blocking the site. (Probably not this)

• An alternate account of yours has been banned. (Could be this but only you would know tbh)

• The host might be blacklisted (Could be this but only you would know tbh)

• A bug. Trying clearing history/cache (Most likely this because it happens to a lot of people)
