I was banned for advertising a site, it’s really stupid because my friend asked me for the link. He ended up reporting me. L friend, now im banned forever.

If your friend asked you for the link, you shouldn't still have sent the site link to him. So, since advertising bans does not get second chances, you will have to wait until your account deletes for you to be able to come back which it's 2 weeks.
