Just to clue you in on something I found out a while back. These so-called knockoffs are being created by the same companies that they are knocking off.
In other words, Twisting & Shout's are made by the Oreo company and they do this because they figured that it would be better to knock themselves off working with the stores than to actually let a different company attempt to do it.
It's a win-win for them. If the knockoffs sell pretty big they make big money. Those who refuse to even try the knockoffs and still buy the regular brand then they still are raking in the money.
