Confused on the moderators applications

Does the date you signed to THIS forum have to be more then 3 months?
Or can you still apply for moderator? I’ve have an account since 25-01-2020 on kc and I’m debating, though I’m not too sure my changed are high.
 
Your chat account is what matters. So you're eligible to apply :)
