You shouldn't advertise another site... getting banned for spam is expected for that.
Since accounts takes 2 weeks to delete, that's how long your ban will last. Until it's deleted, you will be able to come back.

The rule literally says this: "No sites and/or content is to be advertised, sold. Nudes, videos, items, services, and chat sites are included in this rule" so Idk why you did it if you knew you'd get punished for it. Making a dead site popular isn't the answer. If you invited people here though, it wouldn't be a rule, so consider doing that. =]
Anyway as CupcakeSnow says, you have to wait 2 weeks. If you're still banned after 2 weeks, you'll have to make a promise to never advertise again and then I'll unban your ip. If you advertise again and break your promise/after you come back, the next ban is permanent. Be aware of this please.
