There isn’t much to this except I’m under an IP ban of sorts without any specific reason given. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

I checked your history and you have no history, so Ark is gonna have to unban the ip that is banned for no reason. Once he reads this, he will do exactly that, assuming nothing is sketchy regarding your ip.
