Btw mods, for the bots, they have an easy pattern that I hope would shorten how many people become affected by one.

Patterns:
Always have a red circle by their profile (signifying they're not online)
Always have their age as 19
Always be female
Always have a typical female first name (usually Ruth, Patricia, Susan, etc)
Always not have a country associated with them and if they do, it's Russia.
Always have 6-digits after the first name. (example: Patricia241824)

Counteraction:
Go to the admin panel
Scroll through the guest list and kick those who fits all the criteria above
