Newly registered account banned

Hello! so I'm an old returning user who's account got deleted for inactivity! I decided to return and make a new account today, and after verifying by inputting the code sent to my email I was met with a ban message that said... "You are banned: You have been banned from this chat your IP address will be recorded and can be used by law enforcement to identify you in cases involving illegal activity" with the reason given "known ****"


I haven't broken any rules, I haven't even had access to the site, and even on my past account I kept things SFW and only mostly chatted about the topic of Rabbids.
So anyone!! PLEASE HELP!!

You have 2 other banned ips similar to a ped0's that is known on these sites. Unless you can explain those past two bans, you aren't being unbanned.

I'm using mobile internet you see, my family can't afford wifi we live in a third world country, Philippines, and I recently moved from Luzon Manila to one of the lower provinces in Mindanao. I don't know how IP's work but I don't think I have a private IP?

On top of that I'd also like to add none of my previous accounts have ever been banned, just deleted from me being inactive for long periods

I do think it’s pretty strange that your ip has changed on forums now from the original one you used at first that got banned. In that case, I’m not sure how ips work either it seems. I guess I’ll do an unban, but if you show any signs of similarity to the known ped0 by a personality standpoint, you will be rebanned and remembered.
