Talk to Kevin via a message here, proving it is your brother is impossible more or less so you don't bother

The excuse is still not enough. Doesn’t make sense to have your little brother being on your phone at HOME when you’re at SCHOOL. You don’t have your phone with you?
No password? Etc.

And if anything of that would be true, you’ve still let a minor access the site. That’s a ban regardless of excuse.
