I will rate the one i have played
Hitman 2 - solid 80 (pretty good but still lackung a few)
Hitman 3 - 85 (an improvement yes but again lacking in term of level and disguises)
Just cause 4 - havent finished it yet but 60 (they removed the town takeover and the weapon is just meh i preffer jc2 and 3 weapons but atleast there is a lot of vehicle but somehow in jc4 the destruction is lacking)
Fallout 4 - 60 (it lack its predecessor feel and the weapons is just awful and dont get me started on the assault rifle and they cut a lot of stuff)
Days gone - 70 (i dunnk what to say tbh quite unique)
BFV - havent played it but i have it in my library since its free
Legion - where to begin on this one hmm well okay the weapon selection is meh,the cars felt weird,the only good stroyline is the clan kelly and that computer girl,yes you can recruit anyone but then it became a manhunt of searching for the people you want all across the city which is tedious and the clothing selection is i guess an improvement over wd 1 and 2 but again somehow the world feel empty so i guess 65/50

i actually haven't played 90% of these
really haven't played many games tbh
only one i can really rate is fallout 4 and i would give it maybe a 55, wasn't as good as nv but i did enjoy blasting raiders and whatnot and story is meh ig
