Since my mom moved to Texas I’m worried if anime drawings are illegal

apparently there's something called "Anime Dallas" in texas which is a 3 day event or something so i guess

Depends on what kind of "anime" we're talking about, if it's the one that begins with an L and ends in olicon then yes, it's *technically* illegal, but no one gets charged for it unless you distribute
