The owner of this website (www.kidschat.net) has banned the autonomous system number (ASN) your IP address is in (36114) from accessing this website. I get this error everytime I use a VPN, which I need to use sometimes because of the school's wifi. Is there anyway to fix this?

That's pretty much what causes that issue. Banned IPs on the site will not let you in.
So if you're using VPN to try to gain access to the site, it's being blocked because of that. What you could do is that you can using try using Data (If you can, data can also potentially block you as well) or using your home Wi-Fi.
Because if your school's Wi-Fi is blocked, then that's probably the only choice you can do if you can't access the site outside from home.
